1. Use of Our Website

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe (if you create an account).

  • We sell green plants and related products.

  • Product photos are for reference; actual plants may look slightly different (size, color, leaf pattern).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you agree to buy the selected products.

  • We may cancel or reject an order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • There is a pricing or product error

    • The address is incomplete or not serviceable

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund your money as per our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways (for example: UPI, cards, wallets, etc.).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected areas only (if we offer it).

  • You agree to provide correct payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver plants to selected locations in India (details in our Shipping Policy).

  • Delivery time is an estimate only. Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays, etc.

  • Risk of damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our rules for returns, replacement and refunds are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Because plants are live products, conditions apply.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, logos, and content on PlantGreen.in belong to us or our partners.

  • You may not copy, reuse, or sell our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We try our best to provide healthy plants and good service.

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Plant damage due to wrong care after delivery

    • Loss caused by delays or courier issues

    • Indirect or accidental damages of any kind

  • Our total liability, if any, will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
