At PlantGreen.in, we work to deliver fresh and healthy plants to your doorstep.
1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected pin codes within India.

You will see if your area is serviceable when you enter your address at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, plants are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Remote or far areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

Sometimes we may offer free delivery for a minimum order value or during special offers.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we may share a tracking link or tracking ID by email / SMS, if provided by our delivery partner.

You can use it to follow your shipment.
6. Packaging and Plant Safety

We pack plants carefully to protect them during travel.

Slight soil disturbance or a few bent leaves can happen and is normal in transit.
7. Wrong Address / Not Available

Please enter your complete and correct address and phone number.

If delivery fails because of:

Wrong/incomplete address

Customer not available

Phone not reachable
The courier may return the parcel. In such cases, extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, or refund may be reduced as per our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive a damaged plant or wrong product, please:

Take clear photos of the plant, box, and label

Email us within 24 hours of delivery

We will review and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
